As the holiday season moves into high gear, please allow me to share my 3 magic words to help bring balance, peace & calm.

1. "No." is a complete sentence. Give yourself the gift of setting boundaries and saying "No." Those who truly love you will understand and appreciate the calmer, more relaxed You that isn't stressed to the max trying to please everyone else.

2. "Now?" do you really need to do it now? Can it wait until next week or next year (which is almost the same thing LOL!) Stressful situations manifest when we pile too much on our schedules. Space out the less time critical activities to allow time and energy for the activity that serve you now.

3. "JOY?!" What is the reason for the season? With all the business, it is easy to get overwhelmed, stressed out and lose focus on what really matters. Take a moment and write down 3 things that bring you JOY, pure JOY. Make sure you are focusing your time, energy, and attention on those things, especially this holiday season.
